Cook for a few hours

Cook until thoroughly heated and boiled

After cooling (20 minutes), puree the stew with a hand blender

Heat again for another 35 minutes until brought to a simmer

Serve immediately, after cooling (5-10 minutes)

Additional Notes: if desired:

Add 1 cup of any (diced) 100% certified organic, farm raised, grass fed “baked” lemon-pepper and Greek seasoned meat

Typically makes 4-6 servings and lasts a few days, but utilize a "Small" Boiler Pot or "Small Sized Crock-Pot" (for best results) for smaller portions to watch your weight and prevent over-eating and to watch your sodium (salt) intake.
